Dogecoin Community Issues Alert on Scam Anti-Scam Tokens

The Dogecoin community has warned against scams purporting to be related to Dogecoin and its Doge block explorer. The Dogecoin team issued a warning on its official Twitter account: There have been many coins that have come and gone quickly over the past nine years, but there is only one Dogecoin, its blockchain, and it is not compatible with any coin Not directly related. Beware of impostors.

The project in question is Dogechain, which claims to bring utilities such as NFTs and DeFi to Dogecoin, which it says does so by placing wrapped DOGE tokens on a smart contract bridge. However, the Dogecoin developer community has raised several red flags about the project, finding it completely out of touch. Mishaboar, a popular Dogecoin-focused Twitter account, has warned Dogecoin users not to put their Dogecoin in any such "bridges." Previously, the price of the Dogecoin pirate TeddyDoge (TEDDY) dropped more than 99.94% in a day, and it turned out to be a scam. Another copycat, DogeMother, turned out to be a honeypot scam when its price dropped 91%.
